Article 65 — Advisory Forum

1. An advisory forum is hereby established to provide technical expertise and advise the Board and the Commission on specific questions related to this Regulation, including the drawing up of guidelines, opinions, recommendations and best practices.

2. The composition of the advisory forum shall represent a balanced selection of stakeholders, including industry, start-ups, SMEs, civil society and academia.
